Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities. Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms
- Stock and replenish supplies in treatment rooms and common areas
- Prepare treatment rooms for guest appointments, ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Assist therapists with setting up equipment and preparing amenities for treatments
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Schedule appointments for guests and assist with managing the appointment book
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using technology, including cash registers, POS systems, and wireless sales devices
- Ability to perform product demonstrations to promote spa services or retail products
- Knowledge of spa treatments, services, and packages is desirable but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
